Welcome to the Wisdom of the Body series Training
The trainings are structured with a:
– Wisdom of the Body training session of 3:15 hours
– and the following week a Wiring practice to support the nervous system rewiring through practice.
- Each Wisdom of the Body training is a 3:15 hour session – 17 to 20:15 hrs UK time.
- The Wiring practice is the following week and it is a 1 hour session – 17 to 18 hrs UK time.
- The Free training are a 2 hour sessions – 17 to 19 hrs UK time.
- The Free Wiring practice is the following week and it is a 1 hour session – 17 to 18 hrs UK time

- March 6th – Self compassion – An essential practice to connect with ourselves with compassion. Sign up here
- March 20th – Loving Presence – We are made for connection – In this fundamental practice of Hakomi we refine our ways of being present with each other. Sign up here
- April 3rd – In touch with the Earth – We want to explore the missing experience of being held and nourished – The first of the Five fundamental movements
- April 17th – Free training – Trauma Basic – An introduction of What is trauma, how it shows up in our lives and how it can be healed.
- May 1st – Trauma Deeper – We share the different states of our nervous system when trauma is present and essential understanding and practices for trauma healing.
- May 15 – And Still I Rise – The systemic dimension of trauma. We have been conditioned to think about trauma as an individual tragedy instead of events that are interconnected to larger systems of domination that shape our world.
- May 29 – Owning your Power – Connect with our innate personal power and experience strength in our bodies.
- June 12 – Death and grief – The gifts of grief. The healing power of tears.
- June 26 – Free training – Resourcing ourselves – Knowing and practicing what gives us wellbeing and makes us strong.
Our Joyous Nature Serie of 3 sessions
- July 10 – Our Joyous Nature #1 – from Pain to Pleasure – Healing process of what gets in the way of connecting with our natural pleasure.
- July 17 – Our Joyous Nature #2 – Resourcing and restoring – getting back to your own center
- July 24 – Our Joyous Nature #3 – Joyful embodiment, an appreciation in your own natural pleasure.
- July 31 – Belonging – gratitude – We are designed to be in connection with others, we will celebrate and wire the connection we nourished in this training series.
